C21 Consulting is a value-driven business. We operate on a clear set of values. These values are not aspirational or future-focused. They are present day. This is the way we do business. We like to work with organisations that have something in common with us. We may not be in the same industry or sector but if we share the same values and thinking, this lends itself to not only a great working relationship but also a much greater chance that our work with you will be as effective as it was intended.

Professional
We strive to maintain and excel in our professionalism in terms of keeping up to date with the latest thinking surrounding organisational development. We conduct ourselves in a professional but friendly manner. We don't think 'professional' equates to stuffy suits and a lack of personality. We believe that we can be professional as well as enjoy the journey. We are deadly serious about what we do but we don't make the mistake of taking ourselves too seriously. We like to think this keeps us in the real world, unlike many consultants who have a way of making your feel inferior as soon as they walk into the room.
Purposeful
We like to be focused and clear on what it is we are aiming to achieve with every project we undertake. Sometimes we know that things evolve as a project moves forward but we try to ensure that we are purpose driven from the start. At our initial meetings with clients we place a great emphasis on this in order to ensure that when we put the foot on the accelerator for the project we can be confident we are heading in the right direction.
Process
Possibly one of the most boring words in the English dictionary, but one which describes our approach very well. We are not what are often referred to as 'expert' consultants. This means that we don't come into your business waving our clipboards telling you how to run your business. Our approach is all about process. When we work with you our focus is on designing, delivering and guiding you through processes that put you in the driving seat. We work with your knowledge and that of your team. We help you to find your own solutions. Whilst we can and do bring our experience to the table when invited, our primary goal is to empower you and your team to create your own shared map of the world.
The benefits of this approach are that you own the solution. We have seen many business plans on shelves or propping open doors. Business Plans created by expensive expert consultants who did very well financially out of your project but added very little in terms of making it work.
People
We firmly believe in the central importance of people in creating successful enterprise. The phrase 'people are our most important asset' has become something of a cliche, and in many ways has lost its meaning, but for us the idea that people matter most is fundamental to our work. Does this make us HR Consultants? To some degree yes, but we also maintain a healthy business overview so we have a bigger picture we can refer to.
