Stylish Email Newsletter Template

Using the existing look and feel of your website, we will design and produce one HTML template which will form the basis of your HTML newsletter service.  We will host this as part of our service so there are no extra costs for hosting.

Automatic unsubscribe/subscribe process

Professional newsletter campaigns require efficient management of your contacts and subscribers. We will automatically manage up to 1,500 subscribers, adding and removing contacts to your list by placing a ’subscribe to newsletter’ form on your website and an ‘unsubscribe’ link on your newsletter. This will allow automatic removal of email addresses from your list. You can also add subscribers can also be added manually using your current contact list.

Double opt-in sign up system

When a user subscribes to your newsletter they will be taken through a confirmation process to ensure that they provide the correct email address and also confirm their permission for you to start sending emails. The HTML forms that the subscriber sees during the double opt in sign up process, will also be based on the look and feel of the agreed newsletter template.

Issue your Email Newsletter

Based on a prior agreed schedule, we will produce and send out your email newsletter to your subscriber list on the agreed date and frequency. The email newsletter will be produced using words and images supplied by you.  We will format the document and issue it on your behalf. The recipient will receive the email, addressed directly to them and the ‘from’ field will contain your specified email address.

Subscriber access to change their details

From time to time your subscribers will need to amend the details that you hold on them, such as email addresses. We will provide a facility for subscribers to automatically update and change their details via an online form.

Easy to Read Reports

You will have direct access to your account to enable you to view the performance of your newsletter.  You will be able to see how many emails were issues, who opened or viewed them, how many did not reach their destination and how many people unsubscribed.

Forward to a Colleague

In the newsletter design we also encourage your subscribers to share the newsletter by forwarding it to their colleagues.  This way you can increase your subscriber list through your existing contacts.

Our standard email service provides you with the ability to email a database of up to 1500 subscribers.  Blocks of 500 emails can be purchased after this for a cost of just £6+vat/month (1.2p per email).  An admin, setup and design charge of £150.00+vat is applied to start with.

This charge can be paid monthly over the initial minim term of 12 months if you wish.
