The work that Colin carried out was invaluable in progressing our business to the next stage and undoubtly played a major role in securing the investment we needed in order to launch Jobs4Everyone on the scale required for it to be successful and effective in our region.

Unlike other consultants we prospected to work with, Colin's approach to developing the Marketing Strategy was unique, whereas others wished to focus on what we knew and how to promote that, Colins approach was to find out what we didn't know and how to build upon this.

With Colins guidance we delved into every aspect of the business walking around it as an entity to see it from every angle in order to learn not just about what we we're offering, but exactly who we're offering it too, how we are perceived by our customers, how we wish to be perceived by our customers and how to reach out to them in the important initial start-up phase of the business and keep hold of them.

Although we commissioned C21 to work on a Marketing Strategy, Colin brought so much added value to the process as we looked into the overall Business Strategy of Jobs4Everyone.

Colin's method of working was not only beneficial for the business but also doubled up as invaluable training sessions for key staff members involved as his approach took members of Jobs4Everyone on a journey of learning, increasing each individual persons knowledge of not only the organisation and its processes, but also of what it means to have a business strategy, and the true meaning of marketing and what it is to develop these key areas.

This helped get everyone involved in the process to get on to the same page as we worked as a team to develop the overall Strategy of Jobs4Everyone which was not only beneficial for the short term of the business but also for the long-term as we look to continually grow the business and internally build confidence as a team.
