We can do this in a number of ways, but the most common of these are:

1. Working with you as the business owner to help you identify your goals and plans and putting them down in writing so you can see where you are going and can track your progress
2. Facilitating the planning process with the senior team, directors or trustees.  This process is not only powerful in terms of creating your plan or strategy but in bringing all the key players in your organisation to the table in order to gain commitment to a shared vision for the future. Typically this is done by facilitating a number of meetings where key information about your business, the market and the future potential and challenges can be tabled and turned into your plan.
3. Producing a plan for and in conjunction with you which spells out your business identity, core competence, goals and targets.  This might be something you are producing for yourself or may well be something you are producing for an external partner or stakeholder or even a potential funder.

We have extensive experience of working with groups and with individuals in order to reach an agree position for your business.  Our experience is not simply in consulting but in management hence our practice is grounded in the real world, and is focused on action learning.
